The second album from the Sire years and the 5th from the band, Tina and the B-Sides went back home to Minneasota to record with local producer John "Strawb" Fields for this release. There is growth with the band's sound and in Tina's songwriting. Standouts are the title track "It's All Just The Same", "Kentucky Song" and "Fall From Grace". Some feel this was a little ahead of it's time.
